hihi! i was listening to music this morning and rush by troye sivan ft. pinkpantheress & hyunjin started playing and i immediately thought of you lol! how're you doing??

oh i’m so honored you think of me when you hear that song, it’s still one of me and my roommates anthems. we played it pretty nonstop through october, and i still love it.

i’m doing okay, snow hit me pretty hard so i’m working from home. been thinking of changing the layout of my tumblr and i’m getting back into writing multiple projects so i’ll be able to give you guys some content soon.

i’ve been writing in this massive hurt/trauma recovery piece for some months now and it’s reaching about 23k i think, not close to done yet. hopefully i can post that here but it is dark so i haven’t made up my mind.

how are you? doing okay? how’s the weather by you and what have you been up to?

ao3 is sucha deep well like you just can't get out of it once you start reading there like i have 15+ tabs open (don't ask me why😭) but ao3 and tumblr fics hit different like skdjkajx

damn, that is 115 in my temp here, i can only imagine how miserable that really is, it gets nearly that hot where i'm originally from, in fact i think this last summer it reached that temp nearly. i hate the heat with a lot of passion, i much rather the cold.

my Japanese class went well! we got to learn introduction and basic suffixes! i couldn't update you that day cause i had to attend my sister's birthday right after the class and i was so exhausted that day :( and then i used yesterday to rest as much as i can because i yet again have an exam today AND my second day of Japanese class!

how are you doing lani?? what's the weather there now? still snowing?? are you still working from home? how's the fic going??

ah, really glad to hear your class went well. language was always something i struggled with in school but i had fantastic teachers that made it worthwhile. and no worries about your reply - you’re welcome here whenever you like. please make sure you’re resting well friend :)

i’m doing alright; it’s about 12 degrees farenheit here and it’s really miserably cold. i worked from home again today because of ice and had my space heater going all day. the pieces i’m working in are coming along i think. i have written a little bit in everything i’m working on every day, some will take me a while but it’ll be worth it.

i'm doing good actually! it's cold here but as I mentioned it doesn't snow so yeah it's like 15°C rn which is pretty cold for us lmao (sucks fr)! i just can't wait for my exams to end also i applied for Japanese classes and will be attending those from tomorrow with my bsf! pretty excited for that :))

if i changed the vibe i would definitely keep the grungey-dark-silent hill-2002 vibe going - that’s my favorite aesthetic. but maybe a change of color pallet instead of everything being so blue?

snow is a pain in the ass, but it is beautiful. that’s around 59 degrees for me which is almost perfect weather in my opinion. sounds so nice, i bet it gets hot in the summertime though huh? i’m originally from a different area than where i live rn and it gets HOT there in the summertime.
