Tea and a chant for healing cold🦋
This is my first time trying this, so I’ll update with results :)
Tea: I used a homemade blend of Earl Grey as the base with lavender (healing, love, relaxation, harmony), elderberry (protection, cleansing), orange peel (love, divination, luck), and lemon peel (love, purity, cleansing) then I added two drops of thieves essential oil (protection, healing) while it steeped.
Chant: This chant is designed to address Mother Gaea, but can be applied to another god or goddess with minimal change of words… This is meant to be chanted as you pour the boiling water in with the tea leaves and it begins to steep….
“Great Nature who sustains us all, Lock me under your maternal stare, and with these words I beg thee, devote me to thy healing care” (x3)
