I’ve found perfection and reached #breadnirvana with the INCREDIBLE creations from @aninamarcus and her private #highlandsbakeryshoppe #ancientgrainsbreads. Never for a minute I thought I woul fim anyone remotely as insane as I am for sourcing #raregrains #ancientgrains #artisanalflour #smallbatchartisans but alas, I found someone thrice worse AND much more knowledgeable. She’s a #breadconnoisseur #breadartist and an #octopus as well. Can you believe? #theneedtoknead #magicalmiraclecreatinghands that’s such a rare gift.
