Coming to Urban Legend themed October @polishpickup, Hidden Agenda by @kbshimmer takes inspiration from Area 51 and all of its mysteries. Hidden Agenda starts with a base of muted slate blue that when warmed, morphs into a soft dusty pink, mimicking the sky at dusk.  An alien green shimmer pops against the thermal background.  But, like Area 51, this polish shows it true agenda in the dark, where you can watch it glow!  Depending on the state of the thermal, this polish can glow more yellow or green, and sometimes shows both for a uniquely alien look.
