I am in heaven with my goddess 👸🏻 breakfast this morning! 💪🏻After a nice run with my dog 🐶 I decided to get the avocado toast 🥑 with micro greens, the Buff Beatnik smoothie with almond mylk, blueberries, banana, spinach, raw almond butter, dates, brown rice protein, hemp seeds and cinnamon. And for later a bar of raw dark chocolate with sprouted hazelnuts and sea salt. 🍫 If this won't fill me up, I don't know what else will. I absolutely loved the Swiss 🇨🇭 Daily Moisturizing Hand Cream @parodicares -- Developed in 🇨🇭 Switzerland, 🇫🇷 France and the 🇺🇸 USA, is lovely and my new fave! As a mother of 3, I had not found a hand cream that would last all day long, but now I have. Happy New Year! Folks, I am not kidding... got my first bottle of @vintnersdaughter botanical serum and I kid you not! My skin feels like newborn baby skin! I have several skin issues from previous acne, rosacea, hormonal changes, t-zone dryness, etc. I have tried for years to balance it out and I was doing a pretty good job. But with this new product I feel like this is all I need other than a skin cleanser. Every time I pour a few drops on my hand to activate it, I feel like I have liquid gold on my hands.
