Character Description/Background: When Tinsley first starts to camp out in the former town of Storybrooke, she never expected wake up one day right in front of Granny's Diner. She knows it wasn't there the night before and she knows the people all around her are odd because they're trying their hardest to run her out of town as quickly as possible. But Tinsely, being an orphan with no immediate family or loved ones, refuses to leave. She had made herself a little home here and was going to find out what was going on. Then she starts to have visions, predicting that Grumpy would drop his cup of coffee, predicting that Pongo would almost get hit by a car...predicting that Mayor Regina Mills would get into a fight with another witch. Regina starts to take the young witch under her wing and to teach her more about her burdgeoning powers. Tinsley is a rough and tough, no-nonsense kind of girl who longs for a home and a family.
