normally this would go on my cringe self-ship blog, cuz silas IS my self-insert oc. But i have a lot of folks on this blog who love and support me with this ship so lets fucking GOOOOO:

Six months of these gay idiots!!!! I can’t even begin to say how much black clover and rhya’s character means to me. I got into BC as the pandemic was starting and I was forced to move back in with my parents. It would have been a much more difficult time for me if I didn’t have black clover to hyperfixate on. 

Silas is such a fun character to play with and their relationship with rhya makes me believe in love. it makes me feel safe and homey and its just FUN.

I know its just a silly oc x canon ship but it literally changed my life: I got more comfort drawing again (when i was gonna quit digital art as a hobby), i made me love myself more and found out I was a gay trans man (I’ve never been more comfortable with me self before now), and I’ve met my best friends because of all this. Self-shipping made me meet new people & grow closer to my already existing friends. 

I know this is the 6 months rhylas anniversary post, but im doing a shout out to everyone in ball squad right now. rhylas would barely be a thing without yalls support and i love and appreciate each and every one of you. Thank you for lifting me and my weird ass ideas up and listening to me cry about how much i love skunks all the time. 

And thank you to my other black clover friends too, the support I’ve gotten from the fandom has been mostly positive and it makes my heart swell that people love rhya and silas so much.

noble heir to the once disgraced fararrow house. older half-sibling to ren fararrow. capital b bitch on the outside, childhood trauma on the inside. they are not apart of a magic knight squad, but their foresight magic is often usual in large operations ( battling the eye of the midnight sun & spade kingdom demons etc)

silas' life went down hill the moment their mother mysteriously abandoned the family on silas' 7th bithday. with an distant and abusive father, silas only had their mother's encouragement and love due to the fact that silas could not control their own magic usefully enough. years after their mother's disappearance, silas' father was found guilty of treason and the entire fararrow family was exiled from the noble realm. silas then spent a short time in an orphanage in the common realm, was contacted by other nobles and offered to help silas reestablish themself as a noble in the clover kingdom. Taking the chance to get out of the common realm, silas was manipulated into doing other noble's bidding throughout their late teen and early adult years. silas had no friends or family (even after recruiting their half siblings silas was still distant and downright mean + silas and mereoleona also become somewhat friends, i dont feel like figuring out HOW rn) and continued to feel extremely lonely and unloved. they neared their breaking point when asked by mereoleona to join the royal knights raid on the midnight sun hide out and then was possessed by the elf shiloh. then gay shit happens the end

🔮 their eyes flash gold when their magic is activated 

🔮 silas gets visions at random, which can be bothersome. the closer silas is to someone (emotionally) the more random visions of their future they can see. visions can range from small or large scale events, anytime into the future. 

🔮 the one spell they can cast out of their grimoire is touch based and silas is about to see a more accurate future of said individual (silas uses this spell on rhya during the midnight sun raid arc :) can u guess what silas saw before being possessed by shiloh?)
