Margaret: This will be a tough time for all of us, but we'll get through it together.

it's the corrupted beastly geist form of Salem Hexner. [@bool-prop 's oc] [pictured here, an old but a good pic]

Salem, being so addicted to the ectoplasm that comes from Peter's geist form plus his undying loyalty and special bond, starts to turn into something similar. However, he's recently had a werewolf bite that makes it more of a fucked up dog than what was originally designed, which resembled more of a serpent mixed with a lion.

So, its name? basically Geist Salem.

Margaret: Salem, you can't be rough like the other boys. You have a heart condition. If you overdo it or get really hurt, you'll go into shock. Your body will try to shut down, and I'll have to rush you to the hospital.
