oh god my tumblr followers who arent aware of my object camp shenanigans dont know about phimmy. I should change that

when I read amaaf this year I thought jimmy was an OC that got popular because he appeared in a few other fics from other people. I was surprised to find that he’s a real person. how did phimmy come about?
omg that’s so funny! so jimmy hill went to university with phil and they were both making youtube videos around the same time, they’ve been friends for a while! he used to host a youtube series called cereal time with charlotte mcdonnell and went on to become a presenter for capitol radio. people would ship him with phil because of their twitter interactions and one time he drunkenly rambled with his friend about how much he loves dan and phil and then said phil’s shyness was really cute during an interview he did with dan and phil
