just now realizing all 3 of the main girls have dangerously low self preservation. which is funny because all 3 of those games have moments where mc could have very much died

sars is the only one that hasn't had survivor's guilt, and nia technically doesn't have it, but it's very possible that she can develop it

rhea is a literal ball of guilt esp if it's like a solaris reshiram situation. unsure exactly what even pushed reborn mc out of the way on victory road and idk if they ever showed you (...or im forgetting again)

nia being afraid of her own power....the way she can't escape her role as interceptor....no matter where she runs she's changing everything... she's forced to deal with the fact that she can't escape the possibility of one of her biggest fears could come true with one wrong choice..

no pressure though, right?

so, after finding out about saphira saying mc is part of her family, that means that every single one of my main ocs has had a moment where they cry tears of joy because they were included as found family at some point.

if i had a nickel for every time one of my ocs has gotten dogpiled with their favorite animal pokemon i would have two nickels. now it's not exactly weird its happened twice, but i want it to happen thrice when rhea joins the fray with eeveeloutions.

pretty happy with what i've done w nia and the whole universe thingy... because then i can have her very soul recognize (and mistake sort of) nancy as her mother and get attached instantly to that universe's counterpart of her mom. she knows subconsciously that her presence is familiar but had she thought about it, she wouldn't have known why or from where.

i should probably name that parallel universe because that's a mouthful, but alas. no ideas have come to me.

nia's like me where she forgets what she's looking for/trying to say/what this thing was called and then in 12 hours-3 days she remembers what it was but instead of just thinking it she blurts it out randomly

valen is like nia's emotional support pokemon. he's been with her for a while now.....and exists in the parallel universe too so maybe he felt some sort of distant familiarity from nancy and nia, and because of that, was very happy to follow them

i love nia's cinderace. she's so silly. girl copies whatever face her trainer is making when she doesn't know what's going on and nothing's immediately wrong with nia
