🧠-MBTI/Enneagram headcanon:

Milo: did some looking through and I’ll tentatively say INTP.

Joshua: on a previous ask I wrote INTJ so I guess that’s their MBTI.

📖-AU I’d like to see them in:

Not really sure how to answer this since I’ve never considered it but

Milo: everyone lives/no one dies uhhh idk maybe a historical western. Milo gets to live out his dream as a real cowboy asdfghjkl

Joshua: I think Joshua has been through enough so she can have a tattoo shop/flower shop AU as a treat. And yes, she’d be the tattoo artist, and Milo would be the flower shop owner.

Also not to like continue to fixate over jjba but an AU where they have stands would be cool, as in like to imagine what their stands would look like and their abilities

🛌-sleep headcanon:

Milo: the second his head hits the pillow he’s out like a light, although he can be a fitful sleeper. He tends to keep odd hours since he’s an idiot that needs to take better care of himself, though I imagine, say at the point that him and Joshua like start sharing a bed, that’s when he at least tries to fix his sleep schedule so they can sleep at the same time.

Joshua: can take a while for them to start drifting off to sleep, but cuddling certainly helps. They tend to have a relatively okay sleep schedule; however, in the case that they don’t get enough sleep and stay up for whatever reason, they just soldier through it. Energy drinks are not in short supply.

🏡-domestic headcanon:

Milo: I think that those 12 years left him pretty directionless, so at some point he wanted to be better, to do something, anything with his life. But that was a bit daunting so, settling on doing something with his hands was enough. I imagine that having the knowledge that he used to be a serial killer obviously really fucked with him, so he started growing some plants, in a way reminding himself that those hands that could have at some point snuffed the life from someone could now cultivate life. So I feel like he would continue this hobby once him and Joshua find a place together, he’d grow his own vegetation, herbs, etc in their garden.

And I imagine this would lead into one of his love languages being cooking as a form of love, in particular for Joshua. Like here, I literally helped create some of these ingredients, I’ve made this meal with my own hands, and I put a piece of my heart in with it, and I want you to eat it.

Joshua: although I imagine the both of them would enjoy spending time together and travelling and exploring and what not, I feel like Joshua would also really enjoy the ability to just stay in bed and not having to do anything. They’ve spent so little time on themself because they were never truly allowed a life, which is one of the reasons why their physical appearance is so important to them, they’re specifically taking time for themself to pamper themself. It isn’t really revolutionary, but she just sometimes just likes staying in bed to relax or to sit outside and watch the sunrise before coming back to bed. And yes, Milo will make her breakfast in bed.

Okay here are my sexuality and gender headcanons so far for the Gang since I have nothing better to do with my time:

Amber (she/he): cis allo lesbian girl

Glen (he/they): aroace demiboy (was tossing between that and genderfluid but rn I’m settled on that)

Milo (he/him): trans demi-panromantic asexual man

Joshua (she/they/he): homoromantic asexual agender individual (I also feel like they’d also be chill identifying with the term Achillean)

That being said this is just my headcanons it wouldn’t necessarily be that they also identify using those exact terms (e.g. even if I feel like that’s what Milo’s sexuality is, I imagine he’d just call himself queer y’know). But anyways yeah here ya go. I like talking about these characters, and now I shall sleep.

❤️‍🩹 - angsty headcanon: I remember ages ago I had a headcanon that Milo used to have a problem with substance abuse. i haven’t really given it any thought recently, it’s not like an actual headcanon i believe, it was just an angsty thought at the time. the reason I thought of it was:

(1) shifting into your demonic form seems to be addicting, so I thought that maybe he’s the type of person that’s more prone to addiction hence why he doesn’t like shifting, and 

(2) I imagine after he realised he was a serial killer, he must’ve really had a lot of self loathing, so he wouldn’t have cared about his life and just further spiralled until at some point he realised hurting himself and potentially risking death wouldn’t change what he’s done and it wouldn’t benefit anyone either. it was a hard pill to swallow, but he realised that his inaction was an insult to the people he killed. deep down he wanted to live, he just needed a reason to justify living, so he took this one and ran with it. the only way to continue was to make the choice to live. although he didn’t think there was any salvation for his soul (metaphorically and literally), and he wasn’t looking for it from anyone either, the least he could do was try and do some good before he checked out. 

🥖 - food headcanon: loves cooking for others, it’s one of his love languages. he’s particularly fond of seafood, spicy and sour foods. he generally likes the texture of crunchiness so I feel like he’d every now and then like to make himself tostones as a treat. I wouldn’t be surprised if he had a book he used to write down all his recipes and stuff and to keep track of what other people like and how to make those dishes. he also has a sticky note of Amber and Glen’s coffee orders which he keeps stuck to the inside of his glove box. 

Joshua:

❓ - anything else: since he grew up in a pretty shitty environment where they had to look out for themself, food wasn’t always a stable thing in their life, so as they’ve grown older she’s become immune to ‘gross food’, she will eat any combination of anything. like, will she bitch that there’s not enough seasoning on the chicken? yes. but will she still eat it? also yes. they also used to dine and dash a lot when they were younger as well as just casually steal some fruits/veg that were displayed outside grocery stores. their greatest achievement was “liberating” a roast chicken from Coles.

💛 - BROTP: I’m not really sure how to answer this so just let me know if I answered this differently than what you were expecting. 

I generally think Joshua finds it difficult to make friends with anyone without knowledge of the demon road so I really don’t think he’d have like a strong friendship with anyone his own age outside of the acquaintances he’s made as a representative. Like as much as I’d like to say Mikhail, they’re more so a sibling dynamic, and Mikhail is more than a decade younger than Joshua so nah. Although I imagine once Milo and her are able to settle a create some semblance of a normal life together, they’re able to try to develop proper friendships with people in their general vicinity and try to put the past behind them, though I don’t think Joshua currently would be able to call anyone their best friend other than Milo himself.

I’m so sorry I forgot to answer this 😵‍💫😭 anyways here I’ll answer for my beloved Joshua

❄️-what makes your OC sad, so sad that they can’t help but cry all day? how do they cheer themself up? does their sadness upset any of their loved ones too?

I feel like either remembering things that happened to them as a child and it just simmering within them for days just constantly thinking about it until one day it just really overwhelms them. Or even thinking about something they had to do as a representative that really haunted them, or just pushed them to their limit in that day, just the overall pain of having to remain impartial. I feel like they’d just put all their energy into crafting, like knitting/crocheting clothing or something like that. Just to keep their mind and hands occupied.

Of course people close to her would notice their sadness; however, I don’t think it makes people sad, just more so determined to be there in case Joshua needs someone to relax with or confide in or something. Generally they don’t worry too much since Joshua does have a therapist he can talk to, and he’s trying to learn to open up to others when needing support.

🕊-would your OC ever get married or are they already wed? if they’re married, describe what their wedding was like! if not, describe their ideal wedding.

Hmm I feel like I can see both options of them getting married vs not getting married. However, if they did, they wouldn’t actually want a wedding, just a simple thing at the courthouse and that’s it. Maybe they’d have reservations to some fancy restaurant after that, just enjoying each other’s company, but nah, I can’t see a wedding happening at all.

🍼-does your OC have any children or want children? what names would they pick? are they good with children or a complete disaster?

I feel like both Joshua and Milo are very much in the camp of ‘I don’t want children because I’ve been through too much, I’ll never be normal enough for children, if I did have some I’ll fuck them up even if I try to be a good parent, it’s just not possible, plus I already have kids *gestures to Amber and Glen, and any pets they have*’.

I feel like Joshua wouldn’t know the first thing when it comes to taking care of children since they’ve just not had any experience with them, BUT, I think due to their childhood, they just think back to what would have helped them, what would they had needed and wanted, and then they’d apply that to the child in their care. So they’re alright I think.

☕️-give us one (or more if you feel like it) of your OCs deep dark secrets! why do they keep it hidden? spill the tea!

Hnnnnnnnggggh I couldn’t really think of any since like I feel like I’ve already said everything about them. But I was toying with the idea that the reason their arm is amputated is because their parents ate it, and they just don’t like talking about it since it’s just such a painful memory, plus it’s also the reason why they’re revolted at the idea of drinking blood and eating demon flesh, even in dire situations where they need to heal their wounds.

Not to be a found family enthusiast on main, and like bear with me while I ramble, but I think it would be cute if Milo had an old denim jacket that he lent to Amber or something or maybe even she already had the jacket to begin with, regardless, and Joshua is very much the souvenirs collector type person, so I’d imagine she’d have a lot of pins and patches that they just never used because they never had the opportunity to, so he’d give them to Amber and she’d just put them all over that denim jacket and like yes I think that’s very cool and swag. I like to think that some would be vintage queer ones because mmmm something something older generation queers passing down to new generation everything is going to be fine something something

1- Who are they closest to? How did they meet, and what do they like to do together?

I would say first Milo. Putting aside them being together, I think the life Joshua leads is quite lonely, so they don’t really have any close relationships— hence why Milo even as just a friend and someone they can relate to and rely on is important for them. Plus I also see Glen and Amber as like their adopted children in a way, so they’d be too young to have that closeness too since boundaries do need to be made. Like there’s only so close you can be to someone half your age.

This may change, but I’m Tentatively thinking that ofc Milo and Joshua crossed paths because of Amber’s whole situation, and maybe Joshua is someone they meet with for help, like they provide advice and assistance. I don’t want to reveal too much in case I change my mind later on, sorry!

And lastly, I think just wanting to live, having an ordinary life together is all they could ask for. They crave those mundane experiences.

4- What are 3 of their irrational fears?

Hmmm maybe fear of the dark, crowds, and probably also just generally enclosed spaces; claustrophobia.

5- How affectionate are they? What are their top love languages?

I like to think that although it’s difficult for them to show their affection at times, they tend to fall back on showing affection through their actions, y’know like acts of service or devoting their time to the person. However, even though they also appreciate these forms of affection themself, I think she in particular really likes receiving physical touch and words of affirmation. They’re just starved of it tbh.

13- What special abilities or talents do they possess? Did they develop through training or were they born with them?

Hmm I like to think they’re good at picking up languages and cooking. I think language learning was just a talent they had, whereas cooking was something they learnt over the course of their life. From a young age they’ve kind of had to take care of themself, so the need to be good or even just resourceful when it came to cooking has been crucial to their life.

22- What is something others admire about them? Are they aware that people admire them for this?

Probably their patience. And no, they’re not aware, at least until someone mentions it.
