🌊 What one place do they really want to visit and why?

gideon’s been literally all over the world already. he’s been studying a certain path of enlightenment for ~500 years, there’s not a single continent he hasn’t set foot on in pursuit of it by this point. the places he always seems to return to are vienna, tel aviv and los angeles, though.

noor would l o v e to see either cambodia or cairo. the first, because she’s interested in experiencing and exploring relatively unknown places rather than following tourist guides around, and the latter because her mother is extremely into egyptology and noor grew up heavily influenced by that.

fefa is also very fond of traveling, actually! so far she’s been to a couple of places in argentina, america, spain, india and japan. if she still could, she’d most likely check out china next. she’s rather drawn to the big cities, though, and loves to see the differences in the world’s cuisines, mostly!

🍯 Which era of history would they most like to live in?

if he could do it without falling into old habits, gideon would rather go back to the early renaissance, to be honest. the rest of his life sorta passed by him without really leaving an impression on him and he hasn’t quite adjusted to modern times yet. 

noor was turned in the 80s and she’s never quite left them, actually. i doubt she’d actually want to go back, though, the 21st century has everything she could’ve ever wanted.

fefa’s pretty much a “i’m never looking back” girl. she either lives in the presence or in the future, and won’t let herself get influenced by her past. 

💋 What traits do they like in other people? What traits do they not like?

for gid that’s decidedly empathy. when someone’s capable of understanding the pain of others without judging them, that’s something he values a lot. the two traits he absolutely can’t stand are greed and selfishness. he subconsciously tends to avoid people that display any of those.

noor’s fond of creative and free-minded people. someone she can either spend hours and hours talking about color theory or in comfortable silence with. what she doesn’t like is when someone’s overly ambitious, to the point where they don’t give a crap about others anymore in order to reach their goals.

and fefa really values integrity. to her, it’s what makes people reliable and relatively trustworthy. uncertainty is a thing she handles really badly, so if someone tends to be undecided and easily irritable, she’s very likely to just never speak to them again.

i’m doing these for naoji and fefa, coz herr alec vixils….. sorta asked about them, and noor, because she’s lacking content on my blog tbh.

💅 What are some things they have strong opinions about?

for fefa that’s probably inequality. she’d never share her opinions on it, because they’re q u i t e strong and she’d rather not be the center of attention, thank you, but she does the best she can to support people who have to bear the brunt of it in any way possible, no matter the cost.

for naoji it’s lgbt rights and sure as hell he’s gonna share his opinions on that. he might even have thrown hands about it before. a few times. or a couple of times, who even keeps track anymore. that’s the only thing he actively throws his support behind, and no one who asks for help gets turned away.

noor doesn’t really have strong opinions, because that’d require wanting change of any kind and she’s actually quite okay with the current state of affairs in the setting she’s from. all she wants is to carve some nice statues and kiss a pretty lady, and not get sucked into whatever drama the vampire society of LA is currently tangled up in.

💖 Do they have a significant other? If so, who?

amy and fefa are probably sitting through their 6875349175th rewatch of shark tale right now and if they’re not they’re having a jam session with their washing machine.

noor’s relationship is a very complicated one and she should probably take a deep breath and take a closer look at what’s going on there. she really does love gabby and maybe that’s exactly why she’s too blind to see the many issues with it.

💐 Do they collect anything? What’s their most prized possession? 

material things don’t hold a lot of value for fefa, honestly. what she does however, is keeping the boxing gloves of every one of her students she’s successfully gotten off the streets or out of trouble! they’re on display at the studio she works at.

naoji would never collect anything. a part of him is always ready to permanently leave the place he’s staying at at a minute’s notice, so he doesn’t own a lot of stuff in the first place, mostly just things he can leave behind or replace. his most prized possession is a painting brush his sister gifted him and it’s the one thing he’s practically always keeping on him.

noor’s quite a sentimental person, so she has many “most” prized possessions. from a necklace her ex gave her, to a nice pair of shoes she bought in the 80s, pretty stones she collected as a kid in her hometown, and so on, and so on. anything she considers beautiful is most likely to be found on display around her apartment.

lmfao i messed up this ask a couple of days ago and magically threw it back into your inbox, so thanks for supplying me with what i’ve written already Ghostie, otherwise all of this would’ve been lost to the ether.

(3) Are there any romantic gestures that your OC loves? 

Acantha would never admit it but she’s c r a z y about good manners and genteel wooing. Something that shows her someone’s actually interested in her and treats her with the due respect rather than trying to use her for a nice round of social climbing there. 

Amir likes it when people pay attention to the most ridiculously smallest details. If someone surprises him with something he’s mentioned in the past and long since forgotten, it’s very likely they care enough to listen to his endless rants and it warms his heart.

Compared to that Rox wants a l l the attention she can get. Any romantic gestures? No, all of them. Unless it’s flowers she prefers those gestures to be of an interpersonal nature rather than a materialistic one, though. Hugs and cuddles over chocolate and roses any day! Erick only has to keep the supply steady! 

Noor likes going on fun and creative dates! As long as there’s something to see and experience together, she can spend hours with a person without ever noticing how quick the time passes. And that’s really all she wants, making and collecting memories with the gal she loves! 

Fefa likes the small, secure gestures that are part of a shared everyday life. It’s because her brain is scattered all about, there’s too much on her mind. Makes her feel all the more loved when people remind her of the small things she forgot about, or wordlessly do stuff for her without ever asking for anything in return. 

 (4) Are there any romantic gestures that your OC hates? 

For Acantha that’s literally everything that’s blunt, obvious and mundane. She’s seen it all before and she’s not easily impressed at all, she’ll just lose all interest in the person talking to her if they ever take their conversation down that path.

Amir hates being taken on dates, especially if they’re in public. He much prefers spending some alone time with Niall, safe and warm at home and far away from any kind of interruptions 

Rox hating any romantic gestures? Never!

The same for Noor, honestly, romantic gestures are where it’s at.

Fefa isn’t really fond of romantic gestures that require any kind of return in public? It’s hard to put into words, she’s entirely okay with going on dates or doing romantic stuff and PDA in general? But if you put her into a situation where some gesture of her is required in return and the presence of other people forces her into picking an option? She dislikes that, like, a lot. Also, I hope that makes sense.

(7) How successful is your OC at flirting with others? 

Acantha does it effortlessly and she’s good. It’s just that she barely finds anyone worthy enough of her attention, so it’s only ever used to manipulate people.

Amir is... you guessed it... disastrous at it. He’ll try? But chances are his brother’s gotta wingman that situation UP.

It’s as easy as breathing for Rox and there’s hardly a time she doesn’t succeed. And she does it a lot! Rox is enjoying an evening out? Chances are she’s flirting.

Noor is... good at it without knowing she is. There’s a lot of things Noor’s not aware of, because she’s looking at the world through rose-tinted glasses and that comes with all kinds of issues she needs to tackle sooner or later. One day those glasses gotta come off and it won’t be pretty.

The funny thing about Fefa is... she’s freaking out without having any reason to. Someone flirts with her? The girl flies into a “Oh my god, I’m going to mess this up” panic. Regardless of that, she always seems to wing it somehow.And she’s still gonna be embarrassed about what she said for days to come.

(9) What is your OC’s favorite small way to show their love?

Acantha? She doesn’t. Her tolerating her partner being around her is proof enough.

Amir likes to pay attention to his partner and surprising them when they at least expect it. Five, ten, years down the line he’s gonna spring it on his partner, regardless of if they remember or not.

Rox loves to take care of her partner. They get spoiled rotten, even if she’s been busy all day long. You couldn’t tell from talking or watching her, but she’s here for all those domestic gestures.

Noor will forever shower her girls with all kinds of thoughtful gifts and presents, although she always seems to land on flowers. If we’re talking big ways of showing her love, though... she’d absolutely carve a statue of her partner.

Fefa likes participating in her partner’s hobbies and everyday activities. It doesn’t matter if she’s into all of them or not, seeing her partner happy makes her happy, and she’s down for literally everything.

♥ (11) What do others love most about your OC?

Rox is a homemaker at heart, even if you can’t tell from looking at her or watching her do her thing. But people close to her know they can always come to her if they’re in need of a place to stay at, or even just a meal. She might not seem like it, but deep down she’s the Mom Friend™ without being aware of it.

Fefa is the glue that keeps every group together, the ray of sunshine ready to pull others out of their troubles. Also, she’s often the catalyst behind setting off events that very much needed to happen. When no one else has the guts or motivation to set the ball rolling, people can count on Fefa to take action. She’s saved countless lives like this, and she undoubtedly will save more.

Noor is very good-hearted and reliable, and it’s her ability to keep chaotic situations under control that really stands out. Despite her appearing soft and naive at times, there’s something there that never disappoints when shove comes to push and she’s incredibly good at keeping optimistic when others would lose all hope.

The three of them are the ones who value it most of all, actually!

Fefa only values personal freedom more than love, whereas Rox and Noor find the most motivation in all kinds of love. It’s an important force for the lot of them!
