i realised i don't think i ever showed off my babe here, so voila! this is Claaril - a hobgoblin professor of chronurgy - now the illithid Claarillil, still a professor heh. he went through ceremorphosis at the lovely age of 72, and at the time of our dnd game, he's a delightful 171 years old

he's a big fancy lad, do not get him started on the nature of time or you'll be here until five months ago

So the Dragon's Dogma 2 character creator came out ahead of the game, and oh my god? It's so good?? There are SO MANY older face options, and they're really fucking handsome omg. So ofc I spent like over an hour in there making an approximation of my old man hobgoblin Claaril (how he looked before he went through ceremorphosis ofc! He's now an illithid, Claarillil) - minus his grey skin, big pointy ears, monocle and pinky purple eyes, but I think he turned out really well!!

I may have made a mistake and changed the face type accidentally because I definitely remember him having more wrinkles, so I'm gonna head back in now and have another play, but LOOK HOW GORGEOUS HE IS, I'M ABSOLUTELY DYING!!!

🧡 Fidelity - How important is this to them? Would they consider cheating on partner(s), and how would they feel if a partner cheated on them? Neroe is kinda like... i guess a bit poly? She's married to Credo but they also have Eabani as well, and she's always off fucking other people lol. Idk, it's not cheating! She's pretty open in general so also has the same feelings about if Credo fucked others

💚 Virginity - How did they lose it, or how do they fantasize about losing it? She lost hers with a fellow Garlean conscript during the invasion of the Ruby Sea et al, but the guy died shortly after and she (as a medicus) couldn't save him, so it was A Whole Thing

🧡 Fidelity - How important is this to them? Would they consider cheating on partner(s), and how would they feel if a partner cheated on them? Claarillil is like... well, he himself is very steadfastly only with one guy, but as it happens that one guy is a githyanki lol. Growing up as a hobgoblin, he was obviously steeped in raiding culture where sexual spoils are a Thing as they are for gith, so he's really not fussed if Tuj enjoys himself with istik on a raid. He himself isn't interested in anyone else though, so it's not something he'd ever do

💚 Virginity - How did they lose it, or how do they fantasize about losing it? Some youthful hobgoblin fumbling which was hidden by the guy he was doing it with most likely, because he was incredibly unpopular and ostracised in his clan so the partner won't have wanted others to know about it. It was a long time ago now though, he doesn't even remember the details or the guy's name

🧡 Fidelity - How important is this to them? Would they consider cheating on partner(s), and how would they feel if a partner cheated on them? Caulthurin is too singular-minded about everything to consider cheating on any partner - he has this intense, bordering on obsessive focus that makes it just unthinkable for him. Unfortunately however, if he found out a partner was cheating on him, he would most likely kill both them and the person they cheated with 😌

💚 Virginity - How did they lose it, or how do they fantasize about losing it? A long time before he found himself in the Neath, that's for sure. What was the outcome? Wouldn't you like to know (he cannot remember). Something dirty in a foxhole somewhere, most likely. Grime and gunoil and leather

👕19. If your character had to get a tattoo what would it be? Claarillil isn't the sort of guy to get a tattoo (and this besides the fact that it's probably really hard to tatt moist illithid skin), but he would get something matching with Tuj most likely. Something in tir'su! Even when he was still a hobgoblin, his aversion to tattooing set him aside from the rest of his clan - just one more nail in the coffin of his outcast nature lol

🍽️1. What flavor would your character say their personality is? Neroe's personality is 80% sweet and 20% sour! She's the kind of aggressive sweet with that hit of sour that takes you by surprise. She's a saucy minx!

💓22. Does your character have a high pain tolerance? Gilli's pain tolerance is middling - growing up in the woods with dryad aunties doesn't lend itself to a very well-supervised childhood, so he was very used to falling out of trees, into thornbushes, smacking his face on slippery rocks when crossing streams, you name it he probably scraped it! He kinda improves on this when he meets Abdirak and in one AU he has a definite romance with him that involves removal of the protective barkskin he's been living in for the first 2.5 acts of the game. Mental pain though, that tolerance is very low. He gets a lot of overwhelm and difficulty among groups of people, and it translates into physical pain also when it's particularly bad.

Claarillil

15. What places hold significant meaning or memories for your OC? Do they have a positive or negative association with those places? The inn where he met Tuj for the first time, and his cosy rooms in Dweomercore! Both positive associations, the Tuj one for obvious reasons, and his rooms at Dweomercore because it was the first time he could be himself without needing to hide. Also it wasn't frowned upon to kill a student every now and then! Which is very good for the ol' morale in general. :3

17. Does your OC have an enemy? What happened between them? Is it mutual or one-sided? Is it petty or serious? Is one party seeking revenge? Does one person want the other dead or are they content to hate them from afar? As a rule, Claarillil is far too buried in his research to have any enemies. Mostly, his enemies are his students, because they're idiots! Bit of a get out clause answer, but honestly he's just not that far-sighted!! If anything, he's likely to have the sort of academic enemy where he sees their name in a publication and immediately goes into a rage because they are Wrong About Chronurgy and have the gall to publish it!!!! He's petty like that. 😌

Vanquish

Y'all know Vanquish. I don't shut up ever about her.

Here's her tag with more about her. But in short, she's drawn to aggressive, powerful people she's somewhat afraid of who could kill her. She loves to be dominated by men, and loves to dominate women. Is a phreak etc.

With kissing, she usually has to make it something passionate, sexual, or leading to something of the sort. Kissing for kissing sake- intimate, gentle etc is something she gotta learn up to. You can kiss her with her as Voss' mate or not, or in any AU, including my cyberpunk AU.

Tuj'da

Tuj is a very old (not Voss old, about a thousand) Kith'rak, with an ancient dragon called Heathcliff. He's one of Voss' close friends in his rebel circles and is...an odd lad. Has a straight up ghaik fetish (and now a darling ghaik lover called Claarillil). He laughs a lot, cries a lot, cracks stupid jokes, writes interspecies romance novels, wears sock and sandals, swears like a sailor, has dance moves that'll make you wet.

Tuj loves romance and violence. Being wooed and being carried, or carrying someone, princess style through a pile of blood and bodies, reciting his favourite love poem to you through a teethful of death.

Kissing Tuj will be in an AU or time period in his main AU where he's not with Claarillil, unless you want to throw an istik at him in a raider scenario (bites lip).

Azz'ava

Azzie is a Ch'r'ai (Inquisitor) older than Tuj. Deadly loyal to Vlaakith, very tall, very beautiful. Pale bluey white skin with whie hair. The chime of her ears are infamous amongst the githyanki- a song of her impending doom.

She's a very rigid person. Curt. Used to being obeyed absolute. Loves being worshipped. Expects it. Tuj is one of the very few people who ever managed to soften her edges, to hear a genuine laugh. Is very hard on herself in nearly every aspect of her existence, and projects that on everyone else.

A gish. A storm sorcerer that's learned to marry her psionics and storm magic together to devastating, and pin precision beauty.

Is dead in Van's AU (which is everyone's main AU) but can exist in whatever form for kissing ofc :3 including cyberpunk AU.

Nezarr

Van's previous master. I struggle to draw him every single time I try, but the way I made him as Van's guardian is pretty close. He's meant to look like just...a guy. A charming, welcoming, pretty faced boy who you feel kind comfortable around and are easily won over by smiles and words.

What does he actually do? He's a cult/guild leader in a far away city from BG. They basically run the city and have done for centuries. Over the past long while they've turned very sinister tho.

He's got like 40 charisma or something befitting of some GOO inhabiting his body trying to get what it wants and whatever.

Anyway he likes pretty things, clever things, powerful things, getting what he wants, then destroying them, or moulding them into exactly what he wants.

He'd definitely kiss you gentle, loving. Each touch an end of the web you have no idea he's weaving to trap you, stuck.
