Aurelia Black, had come out of the Triwizard Tournament a winner and survivor alongside the famed Harry Potter. Dealing with not only the loss of her dear friend but the return of Lord Voldemort as well, Aurelia is holding everything together with a piece of thread and it's on the verge of snapping.  She's not sure just how much longer she'll last but once she takes a look at the new Defense Against the Dark Arts professor, she knows it'll take a miracle for her to make it to the end of the year. And if she's not going to make it through this year, you bet, Aurelia will take that pink toad down with her.

Everything has changed, Aurelia has changed and she's afraid that she's too far gone at this point and once that thread snaps, it'll be too late for her. And she supposes this is oddly fitting, considering her name and what it means — the sun-faced star, the golden one — perhaps Robert Frost was right when he wrote Nothing Gold Can Stay. Of course, that would mean she would have had to be golden and she never was — a copper-filled girl trying so desperately to live up to the name bestowed up her but never quite reaching that goal. Perhaps, now she never will . . .

i've written like six chapters for make them gold today so i now have fifteen drafted chapters. i'm super proud of myself. the point of this post is some out of context spoilers for it, which is is me realising that most of the d.a probably think that neville, asterope, and abigale are dating each other and they have not said anything.

Neville: Yeah, Ari!

Aurelia: Abby, do you have spirit?!

Abigale: I have spirits.

Aurelia: What?

Abigale: *demonic Irish screaming*

13. Who likes to give the other hugs from behind followed by a kiss?

—— NEVARI: 

It switches between the two, it depends on their mood and the situation. Mostly it’s Aurelia when she goes to check on Neville after he’s spent a whole day in their greenhouse and she’s gotten worried the devil’s snare has gotten him but she doesn’t always kiss him when she does this, she’ll rest her chin on his head because she’s a tall bean and she can do that with ease. When Neville does this it’s usually when Aurelia is standing around looking over her research and he wants her attention and so he’ll sneak up from behind and smother her cheek with little kisses.

Mae!!! Bellatrix isn’t good at showing affection especially at first, even after she gets used to the whole affection thing, it’s always Mae who hugs her from behind and she rests her head on Bellatrix’s shoulder and kisses her neck because Mae is too short to reach Bellatrix’s cheek unless she’s on her tip-toes.

BAD BLOOD — BELLATRX BLACK 

—— PANSIGALE:

PANSY!!! Pansy is a SUCKER for giving hugs and she constantly hugs Abigale from behind and tells her to guess even though Abigale predicted she was going to do this minutes before because she’s a seer!!! Abigale usually gives the wrong answer just to tease her then she turns and kisses Pansy.
