Ah hello hello!! I'm the one who should be sorry for responding to you so late!

1. The saying "like father, like son" could definitely be applied to Ben and his dad Jim Hopper. Both Ben and Hopper can be extremely stubborn when it comes to feelings and emotions. Both think it's better to keep it in rather than let it out.

2. For Maverick becoming a hero of Gotham was never on his plans nor did he claim to BE a hero for Gotham. He simply put on the suit and became a hero for Bruce. When Bruce first started his nightly duties as Gotham's Dark Knight, Maverick watched him countless times come home with bruises, broken bones, cuts, stab wounds, and more. Maverick couldn't stand seeing him injured and began to fear that one night Bruce wouldn't come home and essentially end up succeeding in killing himself. So, that's when Maverick decided to become The Duke and became a guardian for Gotham's very own Dark Knight.

3. Oh! What an interesting question! I would say the second closest person on the team to Gabriel would be David Rossi! Garcia is Gabriel's 'wingman' and best friend but Rossi is a father figure to Gabriel so he takes the second spot. Gabriel's birth father was never around and his foster father ended up dying a few years after Gabriel's been adopted. So, Rossi helps and supports Gabriel as a father figure he needs.

4. Ah! I JUST started rewatching Sherlock for the millionth time and my girl Mercy has been on my mind again so thank you for asking about her! Anyway, to answer your question she was fine at first since her Nan(Ms. Hudson) was so willing to help her stay last minute but coming into the flat where Sherlock had already stuffed full of his things, making it an absolute MESS, Mercy was a little annoyed and not looking forward to meeting her new flatmate.

5. Victor started having his visions around the age of four. But it was shrugged off by his dad and other doctors. Claiming the only reasons for them happening were the results of the negligence he suffered at the hands of his birth mother.

Heard you're stuck in the ER. I've only read tidbits here and there about your ocs. So, like, what are the top three things I should know about your oc Draven?

Too 3 things to know about Draven

1: Draven is bad at emotions. Super super bad. He calls his emotions broke , or cauterized, ever since the deaths of four of his closest friends by demons a year ago. More accurately, he’s repressed them so thoroughly he doesn’t recognize them when he has them, they’re just numb and confusing to him. His eldritch archer party member Hiskaria is helping him, she gave him a trick to name off different emotions until you find one that sounds right and then work from there, and that trick’s been helping a bit. He’s still Bad at emotions, but at least now he has one single good coping mechanism.

3: Draven is a cat person. The orphanage where he grew up had this big blonde extremely grumpy cat named Captain. Captain hated most people, but as cats are wont to do Captain decided to choose one person he tolerated and maybe even liked, and that one person was Draven. So Captain let Draven pet him when it was acceptable, and slept at the foot of his bed nightly except when Draven was restless from nightmares—then he’d lay on his chest and wake him up. This is the *only* time Captain would lay on a person, he was not a lap cat, he did not put up with being held or cuddled, and he definitely did not sit on laps or lay on chests or stomachs. Captain did not like Leto. Draven joked that Captain was jealous of the competition. If Leto sat on the bed while Captain was laying at the foot of it, he would get up and find somewhere else to lay, even if Leto make a point of sitting far away from the grumpy old cat. Draven, however, loved this cat. He said a teary goodbye to him when he left the orphanage, and he hopes that he’s still okay and just as ornery as ever. He wants a cat of his own someday. Maybe two. Hell, he’s going to have his own property in Mendev if he survives the crusades. Maybe he should go full crazy cat lady.

…Maybe not. He should start in moderations.

2: Boy has survivor’s guilt out the wazoo. He won’t *admit it*, he thinks he’s being perfectly reasonable about every death he blames on himself. But a condensed list of people whose deaths weigh on his conscious;

A: His family, who died when he was 8, and he was powerless to stop the *literal demons who were killing them*. Because he was, and I repeat, 8. And also being tortured just like them. The fact he recently learned he made a wish to a Glabrezu that he doesn’t remember doing but which he assumes was to save himself from the torture and inevitable death does not help any.

B: His friends, Gabrielle, Sophia, Issac, and Lorette. They were all killed by a demon on their way to the city Kenabres to join the fight to become crusaders against the Demon scourge in the nearly Worldwound. Unfortunately a demon broke through the Wardstone barrier. Draven sensed it coming, the evil mark in his arm reacting to a demon for the first time in his life, aching and bleeding. But even with the split second warning, a bunch of 19-20 year olds who had only ever trained together and never seen real battle before, who didn’t even have cold iron or good weapon to pierce the demon’s defenses, were doomed. Only Draven and his dearest friend, his surrogate brother Leto, survived. Draven lost his eye and was in shock towards the end so he doesn’t remember how Let got them away safely, the next thing he remembers is waking up in a medical center in Kenabres with half his vision gone, his head hurting like hell, and four of his friends buried in the ground without him. He blames the mark on his arm, and by extension himself for being there. If he hadn’t been there, drawing the demon to him, then his friends would all still be alive and well and living out their dreams.

C: Auriel Answerer, the Chosen of Iomedae. The man who was meant to wield the holy sword Radiance. Draven’s friend and mentee, who died just before he could learn of his grand destiny. And as a result Draven has been carrying the burden of his death and of Radiance’s legacy ever since.

D: Every soldier who dies under his commands in the battlefield. Every person who, if he’d been a better commander, someone with more experience of skill, may have survived. He does his best, and so far they’d been victorious. But sometimes the costs are steep, and Draven hates having to do the math of mortal life against the price of victory or the cost of how many people will die if they fail. He never wanted to be a commander for this exact reason. He knew he’d be responsible for his soldiers’ lives. He is trying his best to do right by those who die, but it’s so hard when he has so many other duties as well. He decided to make an eulogy to the fallen and get every name and information on the fallen that he possibly could to talk about them after taking Drezen, because he wanted them to be remembered and he wanted his still living men to know that he wasn’t some heartless monster sending them into this uncaringly. He wants to prevent as many deaths as possible, but where deaths happen he wants them to be remembered and honored and done right by.

A stubborn old Paladin who almost defected really hanmered home how important the treatment of both the living and the dead were to Draven. He needed to be more personable with those who were still here, so he would remember them himself when they passed. And he needed to do everything in his power to honor those who died for his cause, because that was the bare minimum he could do.
