Character Biography: Kunio is childhood friends with Junichi. During their childhood, Junichi went through some very difficult times so Kunio always did what he could to make him feel happy and safe. The two of them were both bullied quite a lot; Kunio for his slightly effeminate nature and intense love of cute things, and Junichi for his shy and easily startled nature and difficulty with socialising. However, Kunio was always very outspoken and would frequently pick fights with the bullies which would end with him in detentions and being forced to apologise to the very injured bullies. In his teenage years, Kunio's parents' marriage deteriorated and they are now in the process of a very messy divorce. The entire thing puts a lot of pressure on Kunio as his parents are trying to make him pick a side. Luckily he has his friends and other family members to help him through it.
