XERO????
AHAIAHSIWHF HAIII MINUTE. CLASPS MY HANDS TOGETHER VERY POLITELY. I put Eclipse in a time loop that starts from the first day of October and restarts on the day he dies 😁 The loop can only be broken when he starts to heal from his trauma and ties up loose ends :3
#asks#itsahotminuteinbetween#lunar is EXTREMELY important for the loop too#obviously they're there bc they were part of the takeover#but how Lunar reacts to Eclipse is a huge indicator of whether or not Eclipse is getting close to breaking out#i talked a lot about this au w/ my friend kat and flap said once that eclipse starts to become hyperaware of certain 'events' and what they-#-mean and also realizing what it means when they stop doing them. like lunar asking less and less if eclipse is okay even tho he's clearly-#-doing worse. and he tells himself he doesn't care. but in the next loop he's nicer to fix it#yk? yk???#he goes through probably hundreds of loops and experiences every emotion and does everything he can think of#but it doesn't work until he's open. he has to get off the track that leads him to his death.#and i rhink abt it a lot HDKABSKSNS#tsams#eclipse#no id#xero thoughts and rambles

You will be significantly happier if you don't pay attention to streaming or view counts at all. Saying that people only pay attention to bts because of the counts is extremely sad. They're at the top of the industry right now and they're known for having good music. They don't need decent views counts for people to bother to click, they just need to keep up their music quality standards.
i am the happiest i've been with this comeback in years, but thanks for the concern lol
i wasn’t talking about the people watching their music videos. obviously fans don’t come in because of view counts lmfao. if that were the case everyone in the world would be an army by now, considering they have 6 mvs with 1 billion+ views.
the industry doesn't care about bts unless they defy expectations and never has. they are not supposed to even exist. the k-pop system was meant to snuff out acts from small labels exactly like them, and the k-pop industry is still salty about it not working.
what got bts to this point is precisely the army paying attention to the numbers & organizing to boost them to figures that defy the industry’s standards. grassroots word of mouth & good music/art is what gave them traction & is still integral to their promotional vehicle, but it can't sustain an industry takeover. you need numbers to pull influence on the industry.
they've ascended well beyond k-pop by now, but we're in more or less the same climate. bts aren't supposed to exist in the american industry either. they've got bare minimum respect at the moment, but what i’m concerned with is billboard’s latest anti-bts/army rules, which make youtube streams vital this cb. if things don’t go well overall (which can’t be predicted at this point, and i don’t stress over to begin with nor do i want other people to), in terms of charting it’s a real yellow zone. this isn't about getting clicks, it’s just part of being an army.
i’ll be the first to say don’t stream if you don’t want to, ppl take it way too srsly en masse. but just bc streams aren’t something to lose sleep over doesn’t mean they’re inconsequential, and this cb in particular needs the help so far as we can tell rn.
#bts are secure. that's not gonna change#bc of the industry#at this point#but it's not bts's job#to worry abt numbers. that's the army's#fandom commentary#i guess#anons#asks#text wall#2022
