My personal wistful missed opportunity is wanting to know what Iron Bull would have to say re: the Antaam
Like I know 100% bioware has not and likely Will Not ever really handle the Qunari lore particularly well but Bull was one of dai’s cast highlights for Me and knowing his own complicated feelings about the Qun if he turns tal-vashoth is really making me think. It’s been half a decade since I was super fixated on him so I’m sure my memory is a bit spotty but I mean. The themes I’m seeing so far here could probably slot in very nicely as a continuation of his arc? It would have been a great time for another missive at least. He’s not a spy anymore but I have no reason to think he wouldn’t still be Paying Attention to what’s happening in the North.
Realistically if you saved the Chargers we can probably assume they’re fighting alongside everyone else but imo if the Inquisitor can take the time to send off a few long-winded letters, so can he.
#obviously doesn’t apply if he died in trespasser lmao#which is why I don’t think this would be a cameo interaction#THAT SAID.#god I want to know what he thinks about the fire breathing thing#production wise I don’t believe that piece of qunari lore was on the table a decade ago hence why he never mentioned it to us#so in canon the explanation would have to be that he wasn’t aware of it#(which. doesn’t make a ton of sense either w him being who he was but w/e I can set that aside for the ten year release gap#and shifts in the writing room.)#but anyway yeah no lore related reason he wouldn’t have brought it up if he knew.#would probably be fucking Fascinated by the ability now#or put off by the implications I can’t decide#veilguard spoilers#kinda#dragon age#iron bull#then again I also think a mage romance should have had the opportunity to discuss apprehsiveness re: magic with him#amongst other things#so. eh.
