Shoyo was crying in his room after shutting his phone off, he wanted to punch kageyama so bad to the point his fist and kageyama face bleeds. Why? He thought, "did I not pleasure him enough? Did I not help him enough with past trauma?" He thought more as he crumbed in a ball on his bed crying. Why did he go back to him? He's the one who made you feel fucking insecure during middle school all those years and made the nickname that annoyed you so much so why Kageyama? "Did you have to do this..? I was thinkin you could be trusted.." He cried and weepered his tears till falling asleep knocked out.
with Kunimi
Kunimi was in bed in the covers trying not to cry, he wanted to walk to Kindaichi's house and hit him so much. He thought the same. "Why did you go back to him. You hated him and made that stupid nickname." He looked at his phone to see it was 3:23am, he closed his phone and started to charge it in the charge cable. He thought "Did you have to ruin.. what was shiny now it's all rusted..?" He fell asleep after that, he just wished it was all a dream.

Terrific 22 Boys Rankings (October 1st)
The team picture is slowly starting to take form now that some major national meets have taken place. The major programs are most likely still fully in training mode, hoping to make noise in November and December, so we should expect to see some of those top programs pull away slightly from rest of the pack down the stretch.
Surprisingly, the wildcards to start the season did not go to any CA teams, but rather S, MW, SE, and SW. CA always has the benefit of the state meet merge and if a major program gets a bump to 3rd, expect an at-large spot to go that way. Remember these rankings reflect what would be expected if NXN was today. There is still a lot of time for CA teams to showcase their talent.
At the moment, NW, NE, H and NY just don’t look like they’ll have the team depth to get three squads to Portland without a major upset at the regional meet. But remember, 6 weeks out from the first regional race, nothing is set in stone and no teams are safe.
We are now in post-season mode with the first state meet of the season happening in Alaska on Saturday. We are also only 3 weeks away from the Utah state championship so many of those programs will be putting all their cards on the table soon.
Rank-Team-Region-Surety Rating-Notes
1) Loudoun Valley (SE) 8.5- Maybe LV is #1, maybe they aren't, but you can't dethrone the 2 time NXN champ without good reason. At their County championships they averaged just 7 seconds slower than last year. This isn't to say LV can't relegated beyond first place if they keep winning, they just need to keep winning convincingly.
2) Newburn Park (CA) 8- Won Woodbridge with 14:14 average (17 seconds course average record) and 36 points. Easily could be the top program in the country based on that merit alone, but September isn't December and let's see where NP is heading into the state meet.
3) Great Oak (CA) 7.5- Coming in second at Woodbridge is something to get excited about for now, but a 20 second spread is something to get excited about for later. Their #5 actually finished ahead of NP's #5 which could make for some interesting late season action.
4) Flower Mound (S) 8- Very strong showing early season including a rubbing of Southlake Carroll at the Marcus I Invite. Question is can they sustain the momentum to the end of the season. Two other Texas squads look to be running well and closing the gap the past couple weeks.
5) St. Charles East (MW) 7.5- Good win over Wheaton Warrenville South at Harvey Braus earlier this year 28-48. They have a tight pack, just over 34 seconds which could see them do something special at NXN if they can keep this effort level up.
6) Fayetteville Manlius (NY) 8- They've won with scores of 22 and 17 in local NY invites but probably will get to see them against better national competition come October.
7) Southlake Carroll (S) 7.5- 3rd at Woodbridge but were well out of the top two spots. May have beaten at least one qualifier when all is said and done which could help them if they need a good head to head for an at-large spot.
8) Kamiakin (NW) 7- Won Fort Steilacoom over Camas 40-82 with a 15:39 average and a 39 second spread.
9) American Fork (SW) 7.5- AF boys took it to Corner Canyon back in August pretty good, beating them 29-60 at the pre-region meet. We've seen Utah teams close gaps throughout the year so I wouldn't call AF state champs just yet. Corner Canyon is improving.
10) Severna Park (SE) 6.5- Won Bull Run Invite with 34 points and a 16:21 average with only 1 team within 100 points of them.
11) Wheaton Warrenville South (MW) 6.5- Took one on the chin against St. Charles East at Harvey Braus but this is an NXN caliber program and will surely be ready for the big time meets in November.
12) Corner Canyon (SW) 6.5- Took Bob Firman in fine fashion over Davis 109-123. Strong up front but not the deepest team so will need top performances from their scorers at the regional meet.
13) Christian Brothers (NE) 7.5- Won Bowdoin Classic 46-69 over Lasalle College but their 60 second spread needs to get cleaned up to make a run at a high NXN finish.
14) Mountain Vista (SW) 6- Beat Dakota Ridge 43-44 at Pat Patten Invite. There are a whole host of teams like Dakota Ridge and Lone Peak that can contend for this 3rd spot in the Southwest so Mountain Vista will need to continue to press forward to keep their spot.
15) Sandburg (MW) 6- Looked strong at the Mike Kuharic Invite earlier this season which was a class race meet.
16) The Woodlands (S) 6.5- Really helped themselves by going out and winning Desert Twilight. They need to keep a hungry El Paso Eastwood squad at bay for an at large big though, as EPE was 6th and had a sub 15 average at Woodbridge.
17) Huntsville (SE) 6- Alabama teams don't usually make the national radar but this team looks to be very strong, winning Memphis Twilight in August with 40 points and a 16:17 average. What they do at Great American will most likely let us know if they can make a serious run for NXN.
18) Jesuit (NW) 6- Narrowly beat Franklin 57-58 at the Ash Creek XC Invite.
19) Guilderland (NY) 6.5- Had a strong outing at McQuiad taking the win over Shenendehowa 66-87.
20) LaSalle College (NE) 6- Second to CBA at Bowdoin but their 73 second gap is a big hindrance for them.
21) Dubuque Hempstead (H) 6.5- Won Heartland Classic last week.
22) Eden Prairie (H) 6- Won Milaca Mega Meet.

Today was warmer than its been, but the warmth will not stick around for long. Tuesday has the possibility for snow in North Mississippi and temperatures are going to plummet after the front moves through. I will go through the week through.
300mb
as of 12z monday, Starkville was in the Right front sector of the jet streak which contributed to the clear skies today. The 12z Euro initialization was pretty good, having the same shape as the 300mb upper air chart from the SPC. The GFS initialized too far east. The NAM initialized the same way. By 12z Tuesday on the Euro, the jet rotates, and starkville is in the right rear sector, bringing rising motion. This will become sinking motion as the trough continues to deepen by 6z wednesday. GFS agrees, while the NAM moves just a hair slowing on the trough. Faster movement is likely due to a positive NAO. A trough sticks around through Friday when ridging returns. However, this is accompanied by an upper level low forming over texas, so that will have to be monitored. The GFS brings the next large trough through late Sunday and early Monday, with a jet streak bringing some more rising motion. The Euro shows that same trough, but a little further left and with a much broader jet streak. Overall, both models are showing good rising motion for Tuesday and for sunday night/monday morning.
500 mb
the 12z Euro does not show much vorticity advection until the afternoon Tuesday. Both the GFS and the NAM are showing similar stories to that. There will not be much PVA to help with this system until the afternoon. We get some sinking motion due to NVA on wednesday. The euro shows our next PVA will be on Friday with some weak rising motion, but it does not look too impressive. It is swiftly followed by NVA during daytime Friday, so I do not expect much from that. We get some minor PVA Saturday evening into night too associated with that upper level low, with more possible on Monday depending on how low the trough digs(it is negatively tilted, so it is unlikely to cause much here based on its location in the northern Midwest). GFS shows the vorticity sticking around longer on Friday and Saturday. Still going with NVA because the winds are a little too westerly to bring the stronger PV to starkville, but I expect things to be more clear soon as this is still a while out.
850mb
Morning tomorrow, The Euro has very slight warm air advection from a WSW wind coming from texas/the gulf. It is not particularly impressive by itself, but it is bringing more moist air in from the gulf. CAA sets in soon after as the winds turn to a westerly direction. The GFS is a little more pronounced on the WAA than the euro, though that may be due to the color map (My color vision isn’t the best, so the maps can be a little hard to interpret). WAA returns on friday, bringing some rising motion. Both the Euro and the GFS show this. WAA remains through the weekend.
700 and rising motion:
There will be plenty of rising motion in starkville tomorrow due to initial Warm Air Advection and the Right Rear quadrant of the jetstreak. This is good for our precip chances and the direction of the 850 wind is good for getting moisture into our middle atmosphere. GFS 700 chart also shows good rising motion Sunday night.
Precipitation:
And here’s where things get tricky. All the models agree with precipitation, but they all disagree with the precip amount. Even minor fluctuations in moisture or snow ratios can take starkville from having a dusting to over an inch. Let’s get into what each model is seeing, and what we are seeing from the system currently in Arkansas and Missouri.
Currently the 1/15/18/12z Euro is running drier than the 1/15/18/00z Euro. The 0z was running about .1″ of QPF here, while the current one between .05″ and .08″. Euro predicts a little less than an inch on sunday night. Above is the Kuchera Ratio map from the Euro. It says about .8″ to 1″.The GFS is showing about .05″ to .08″ of QPF for starkville tomorrow. It is a lot drier for Sunday, only showing .1″. The 3km NAM has really dried out for tomorrow, showing less than .05″. 1z HRRR showing much of the same, about .04″. EPS ensemble mean for snow is around half an inch. The tricky part here is the mesoscale models have not gotten the radar initialization accurately. Additionally, the snowfall has over preformed in Missouri and Arkansas. For instance, the 12z euro has around 3 inches near New Madrid, but a trained spotter recorded 11 inches. There is also a problem with moisture from outside the model domains being advected in. GOES-16 shows mid level moisture being advected in from Mexico and the gulf. Overall, I think the system has the potential to over-preform the models. It has done so already in Missouri, but a lot right now depends on if the moisture from mexico reaches mississippi by the start of the event. Right now I’m going to be conservative and say that starkville will get 1-1.5 inches of snow, though that is subject to change and I will definitely get back on this.
Temperatures
Starkville will get quite cold Tuesday night as temperatures fall into the lower teens. Snowfall could skew this number even lower, possibly into single digits. The bigger problem is wind chill.
TUESDAY:
Snow 1-1.5″, Temperatures falling throughout the day. High of the daytime being around 27F, falling to 24 in the afternoon. Nighttime low around 13 F, possibly into single digits with fresh snow. Wind around N10-15mph. Wind Chills Below 5 F.
Wednesday:
Clear. High around 28F possibly lower due to snow, Wind around NW 5 mph, Low around 19F.
Thursday:
Sunny high near 40. Low near 26F.
Friday:
Sunny, high near 48F. Low near 36F.
Saturday:
Partly Cloudy, High near 56F, low near 47F.
Sunday:
Cloudy, High near 59F, Low near 45F. Overnight rain possible.
