I even lost Vivianne the Raboot, my starter. But I found a max revive earlier on in the game - so I used that to revive her.

I treat every time I ender the wild area as a new route, and every section is a route. So I am off to the wild area to train and lick my wounds.

Rules :

-Nickname all Pokemon: Every Pokemon caught must be given a nickname.

-One Pokemon per Route: You can only catch the first Pokemon encountered in each new area or route.

-Fainted Pokemon are Dead: If a Pokemon faints in battle, it is considered dead and must be released or permanently boxed.

-Dupes Clause: If the first Pokemon encountered on a route is one that the player has already caught, they can choose to skip it and try to catch the next Pokemon encountered instead.

-No Healing Items in Battle: Players may not use healing items (like Potions).

I recently had a massive failure where I lost almost my entire team to the second gym. But thanks for a max revive I found in the wild I was able to revive my starter and one other. (The poll still may be active!! Go vote!!)

I am counting every section in the wild area as a new route. I can go in once a day to catch Pokémon like this. Here are the Pokémon I caught:
