Days up! Baby's going home today... yes.. its been annoying and tiring and fun day when baby'a around.. usual 9am alarm clock...a walking radio... but after everything.. ill still love you baby! Ezért gondoltam, hogy ha valami Nutellás, de mégis egyszerűen elkészíthető, mindenki által kedvelt édességet szeretnél készíteni, ezzel biztos lesz a sikered! Ráadásul a tejszínhab és a felhabosított mascarpone a Nutellával olyan lággyá, könnyeddé teszi a krémet, hogy nálunk aki kóstolta, mindenki nagyon dícsérte. Húsvéti marcipán nyuszikkal díszítve méltón állja meg a helyét az ünnepi menüsorban.

Tipp: A nutellás krémet ne használd 2-3 cm-nél vastagabb rétegben, mert nagyon tömény lesz. [/recipe-notes] Hozzávalók: – 2 csésze (2 dl-es) darált keksz – 10 dkg szobahőmérsékletű vaj – 1 üveg (40 dkg) Nutella – 1 púpozott csésze (2 dl-es) mascarpone – 2 dl habtejszín – 1 csésze porcukor – 1 csésze törökmogyoró ******************************************************** Elkészítés: 1. A mogyorót aprító gépben törd durvára, majd pirítsd meg 2. A pirított mogyoró felét, a darált kekszet, olvasztott vajat 2 evőkanál Nutellával a robotgép dagasztó fejével jól keverd össze 3. A morzsalékot alaposan nyomkodd egy tortasütő forma aljába 4. A habtejszínt verd kemény habbá 5. A mascarponét, porcukrot, Nutellát a robotgép krémkeverő fejével keverd habosra 6. A tejszínhabot óvatosan, kanalanként keverd a Nutellás masszához 7. Öntsd az elkészült krémet a kekszes alapra, simítsd óvatosan el 8. Egyenletesen szórd rá a pirított mogyoró második felét 9. Tedd hűtőbe egy éjszakára 10. Másnap díszítsd Jó étvágyat kívánok ehhez az igazán finom édességhez! Ha valahol elakadsz, fentebb megnézheted video-receptemet is. Biztos, hogy segíteni fog. Vigyázz! nagyon nehéz abbahagyni, mert nagyon finom.
