I watched an old anime called Nurse Angel Ririka SOS because I heard somewhere that it gets dark and boy oh boy do I like dark things. And I thought it couldn't be that bad, it's a magical girl anime from the 90s.

But it was really dark. And that wasn't helped by the fact that Ririka is only 10 years old. She's just a baby and they put her through so much!

Anyway it's about a girl named Ririka and her best friend, a little boy named Seiya. Ririka becomes Nurse Angel and basically is tasked with finding the Flower of Life to make green vaccine with. This will stop the black vaccine that is poisoning not only Earth, but an alternate dimension Earth called Queen Earth. It's a monster of the week type of show, but there's lots of plot development and a lot of dark things happen. I don't want to spoil it, but it was a good watch. I recommend it!
