A full exhale. first day of spring, a step into a hot bath; fruit eaten in the sunned grass. a full glass of water. birdsong. a cat napping by the window. the smell of a meadow after rain. deep green. laying with your head in a friend’s lap. coming back home after a long trip. freshly laundered sheets. a rallying force and refuge. both steadying and renewing. feeling your shoulders totally relax. when people are close to you, there’s a sense they can take their shoes off in the safety of your presence. to be unguarded and at ease. feeling safe enough to close their eyes; to rest in the peace and the comfort you offer, though you might not even be aware of it. you might ask people how they’re doing, but what they know you mean is, “where can I help? what do you need?” when the world can be such a tumultuous place, it is no small gift to have support like yours.

Got tagged by @itzsassha and although I've already done it once I wanna get into this with a couple more songs for Macha.

1. Tori Amos - Sweet the Sting

Macha is a big Toriphile, she knows all of her albums including lyrics to a T and was elated to find the Dewdrop Inn Hotel when she had to go there for a gig.

This song is very "Macha" it's sensual but in a playful way, and she loves the rhythm of it.

2. David Rolas - Muèvelo

Vinnie put this one on her playlist she uses to time herself for gigs. He wanted her to be flustered by this, and he definitely succeeded. She can't listen to this song without blushing, but she loves it and can't get enough of it. She can not use it on gigs, though, bc it messes with her concentration.

3. Amy Shark - I said Hi

She loves the changes in tempo and the lyrics of this one. "I bet the whole world thought I would give up today." Yes, she does have a couple of days like this.

3. Stéphane Pompougnac - The Ballad of Sacco and Vanzetti

This has been a favorite of hers for a long time. The subject matter is dark, but the music is light - and that's Macha for you in a nutshell. She's been through very dark times, but she refuses to let that keep her down.

5. Damien Rice - It Takes a lot to Know a Man

She cried when she heard that song for the first time. She was at her lowest point in life, she had just left Arasaka bc of what had been done to her (I'll write something about that in the future, but it's very personal) and she needed something to let herself cry and sink into. In many ways, she was also reborn through this song.

Die vier Tageszeiten

Wie die vier Jahreszeiten gibt es vier Tageszeiten. Sie sind ein großes Geheimnis. Keiner redet über sie:

1. Tageszeit: Die Frucht des guten Schlafs

Die Leere oder das Nichtsfühlen macht diese Zeit aus. Der Tag hat noch nicht begonnen, das Saatgut liegt ungeöffnet auf der feuchten Erde. Erst bemerkt man die Sonne, dann entscheidet man ob man sie hineinlässt. Der Moment ist geprägt von einem Gemisch aus einem erholsamen Schlaf und den Dämonen, die man aus der Traumwelt mit in die Wachwelt hineinschleppt, wie ein paar Blutekel. Manche genießen diese Tageszeit und halten sie sogar für das Beste. Denker hingegen hassen diese göttliche Ruhe. Je ungeduldiger sie sind, desto ferner ist ihnen jede Stimme des Geistes. Sie sind fern vom Licht, in der Nacht hängengeblieben und blind. Denn um nach innen zu sehen (am Tag) muss man zuerst einmal nach außen sehen. Das Minimum sehen: die Sonne ist aufgegangen. (Gott sei Dank!) Bis das gierige Denken satt wird, vergehen zwei weitere Tageszeiten. Auf dem Geschenketisch dieses Geburtstags stapeln sich die Träume, aber man will ja Gedanken und keine Träume. Darum läuft er daran vorbei. Schon morgens ein großer Poet sein zu wollen ist klug und führt zu einer stundenlangen Euphorie.

2. Tageszeit: Satans verlockendes Angebot

In der zweiten Tageszeit kommt Satan zum Zug. Er scheint der Herr über die ganze Welt zu sein und alle Menschen zu kontrollieren. Stark gläubigen Menschen ist dies eine leichte Prüfung. Steht man auch unter dem Schutz des höchsten ist diese versuchte Versuchung verwirrend. "Wenn ich jetzt mit dem Teufel mitgehen, komme ich dann wirklich in die Hölle? Gibt es diesen Ort wirklich? Darf ich den nicht mal kurz sehen?" Schwach gläubige Menschen zerstechen sich mit den Hörnen Belials beide Kniee. Auf der Anzeigetafel des Stadions steht "8:1". "Warte, wann wurden die acht Tore Gottes geschossen? Läuft man dem Bösen und Schlechten nicht hinterher und bleibt stehen, sieht man um sich die gesamte Menschheit in Gefangenschaft gehen. Könnte man das nicht durchleben, müsste man jeden Tag ein zwanghafter Mitläufer sein. Dieser Wandel ist essentiell; eine Grundlage für die Liebe und die wichtigste Eigenschaft der Liebe, ihre (zweidimensionale) Freiheit. Alles ist verloren. Entweder man lässt das Licht bewegen oder man merkt wie das eigene Fleisch automatisch den Wolf aufzusucht, um gen Mond geheult zu werden. Da ist keine Chance mehr von Außen ins Glück zu gelangen.

3. Tageszeit: Der Schmerz im Herz

Angina pectoris; jeder der zu dieser Tageszeit Schmerzen hat kann sich glückselig schätzen, denn er war vergiftet und ist verletzt. Wem dieses tägliche Leid fehlt sei empfohlen sich gründlich aber nicht tödlich zu vergiften. Dieser Zustand ist die Meditation der Schale. Die Einsicht in den Nullvektor. Wer die Sache genau betrachtet, der schaut sich Milliarden Seelen an, wie sie gegen den falschen König rebellieren. Der Sprachmächtige erklärt sich selbst die Heilung (den Logos). Er schleudert sich direkt ins Zentrum der großen Erhebung. Aber er ist nicht allein der König, sondern abwechselnd äußerster Rand und Zentrum. Innen wird Außen und Außen wird Innen. Eine gewaltige Wandlung des absoluten Nichts ins wahrhafte Etwas. Das All(es) was den Masken erst die Eigenschaft eines Gesichts gibt.

4. Tageszeit: Die Vision aller Perspektiven einer ganzen Erdhälfte

Fülle oder "unabhängiges Glück", was das Beste ist, was einem Menschen am Tag widerfahren kann. Manche erreichen diese Tageszeit - mit Gottes Hilfe - schon Vormittags. Wenn man in diese gewaltige Ressonanz mit dem Schöpfer tritt beginnt man die Sprache der Sonne zu verstehen, ohne sie gelernt zu haben. Verzaubert von der großen Einsicht in diese lauten und lebenserschaffenden Worte, hallen Sätze aus der Vergangenheit in die Gegenwart hinein. Nichts ist verloren! Die ganze Vergangenheit steht in Reih und Glied vor einem und verbeugt sich vor dem Gott den man durch dein Gesicht erblicken kann. Aber nicht nur die Vergangenheit verspricht dir in diesen Zeiten, dir ewig zu dienen. Dir?

Die Melancholie enthüllt jeden untreuen Menschen. Viele Ungläubige sind dadurch bestraft, diesen Zustand erst kurz vor dem Schlafengehen zu erleben. Das Traurige an dieser völlig losgelösten Göttlichkeit, diesem Gott von Gott, diesem icheren Ich ist sein Ende. Zwar ist sie unendlich, aber sie muss enden. Dieses Paradoxon halten die Seelenlosen für unerträglich, weshalb sie die letzten drei Tageszeiten erst gar nicht aufsuchen. Sie leben im schrecklichsten aller Tage:

an dem Tag wo sich drei bis vier ungeöffnete Türen vor einem befinden, durch die man irgendwie gehen will,

"die du aber nicht öffnen kannst".
