some sketches of the main character of the fractured anthology's opening story. mallory o'conner, 33 years old, mechanic in some town in the south of the usa. used to hunt tornadoes with her friends in uni but had to stop for financial reasons, but freak weather in wethersfield, virgina is bringing the gang back together for one last gig

quick sketch but this is ulysses' mom btw :] she doesn't have a name yet but i'll give her one soon i promise
#personal#nuclearwips#ok to rb since idk if i'll finish this one but i'm not pulling out the taglist WBBHJSJNGBHSKGDSGD#she's from a mixed egyptian / american background from the south of the nusa and ulysses is her only son#ulysses' dad is greek and he + ulysses' mother are divorced but they're still really good friends :]#it's mostly that their jobs kinda got in the way of their relationship?? and they both do love their jobs a lot#so they just work better as friends :] his mom works with elderly people and his dad owns a restaurant#ulysses sees his mom a LOT still but he's lost contact with his dad a little bit because of his dad not really understanding that he like#was Stuck at maxtac. he made the mistake of signing up and then just Couldn't Leave and his dad didn't understand ulysses' position#so they kinda grew apart :( BUT. they will reunite at some point because they have to. because i said so. they need to sit down and talk
