god I love jimin but I was lowkey put-off by the over-editing in muse so sonically, everyone's vocal tones sounded a bit off for me (ik everyone does it, but for some songs it was just so pronounced 😵‍💫) which is a shame bc I really vibe w/ the concept:'(( face really does reign superior

of all the members, I think 🥟 is one of the harder personalities to pinpoint in a romantic setting - rdr. is still one of my ♡s in general bc of his soft pabo-esque playfulness + in paris no-less:'))

also a ramble/📖 rec: last month I read red string theory by lauren kung jessen - whilst the writing style was kind avg for me, the concept/vibe was v v refreshing + it came to mind how much the themes resonate with the ones you often include in your writing (esp your mimo-centric works) and this spiderman-meme moment was just a delightful thought this morning 🌱

ahhh that’s interesting to read about muse. tbh for maknae line’s solo albums, i genuinely kinda feel like they’re pressured to put out projects that they themselves aren’t that enthusiastic about just so the fans could have smth to consume during enlistment and during the hiatus. i am a firm believer in the theory that tae didn’t love layover lol and only released it so everyone (sans jin) would have a solo album out before enlistment. but yeah with muse, overall i enjoyed it but it wasn’t groundbreaking or anything yk, and it looks like jimin wasn’t as involved as he was when he did face (superior album!!) bc even tho i liked it, most of it really is just basic, palatable pop lol

oh lmao i STRUGGLE writing him. he’s among the ones that are hardest for me to write (hyunjin, felix, chan, changbin bc with these 4 specifically, it’s so difficult not to feel like you’re writing the same person 4 times over lol
