Dar es Salaam - relaxing and spending time with friends of friends 😊 The first days in Dar es Salaam I just went to the gym and enjoyed lots of seafood...beach city life. A few days later I chatted with my very old and very good friend Vanessa (@worldcitizenv) from Germany...she introduced me to her friend Kayte who is living with her lovely daughter Maisha in Dar es Salaam since a few years. Perfect timing! The same day Kayte celebrated her birthday in the George and Dragon bar...I met many cool and interesting people - locals and expats and we had a fun night out. We kept on celebrating the whole weekend with drinks, music great company and a Sunday on the beautiful Bongoyo island. Thanks a lot for hosting me, Kayte...was a great time 😃!
