Red flashed through his cores as inhibition broke. He lifted Robin suddenly with an exo-arm. The movement caused a wave of pain to break over her face. She shouted in protest. Lifting a human by the neck is risky and non optimal, he calculated, but this would be a simple procedure with little risk. His neural interface tool flashed to life and with a simple beam he was able to access her mind once more. 

It was different now, she could fight back and did so. Meaningless psychic filler that was easily sifted through. Why was she so against him? This alliance was mutually beneficial. Her growls of offense and nails against his metal brutally cut his ruminating short as he searched quickly and efficiently for the memory.
