took a looooong hot bath + washed hair im sane now!
#lynx speaks#actually its cause the only thing that puuuulled my ass from my depressive slump was getting my period#and being in too much pain to even sleep sauuuur im hurting A LOT but now im clean and that makes me feel happier#insane what the bare minimum hygiene can do for mental health.#wild that when ur body is fresh and warm. like a blanket from the dryer. ur brain is also fresh and warm#now time for ibuprofen and my damn heating pad and aaaaaaaall the water in the world gods i wish i had some chocolate too
