in literal tears thinking about a book i read several years ago. there is just something about it ☝️
#t#not even a book i would say i particularly ‘liked’ but there are just some moments that are so beautifully written. literally just thinking#about them brings me to tears.#‘but they tried’ cannot express what i’m doing rn. rolling around on the floor#mad i don’t have a copy here and can’t read the specific passages i’m thinking of#you’ll hear more about this if you read my reviews :3#he has better books too but the way i get so weepy#now the graphic design?? unmatched by any other book i’ve seen#like ok yes the beautiful gorgeous 80s style cover but then the DETAILS???#truly a work of genius#i really appreciated the title cards in this movie being the same style
