Okay. Random hot-ish take. Like a lukewarm one.

The fact that Sirius comes off feminine in some fanarts is not an issue, it's blurring gender lines. Most of the time I see Sirius as genderfluid or non-binary so hearing that his masculinity is just "removed" in some Wolfstar fanarts drives me insane.

One, I don't fully ship Wolfstar to be honest, they're both very damaged people. So this isn't bias toward the ship at all.

Two, this is ABSOLUTELY biased toward Sirius. He's my person, noone could ever ruin him for me.

Three: I FUCKING DO THAT SHIT TOO. It's fun to blur gender lines especially when you grew up in a household where gender lines were required by your parents.

Four: To put it as "removing his masculinity" is dumb, because they're not straight up making him a female, female and feminine are two different things. He's still a male and a guy and a masculine guy even if he wants to present feminine.

So just, let that shit go, please. There's a lotta shit that I've seen (mostly on TikTok, that's why I've been contemplating deleting it) that is calling this fandom toxic and horrible. I don't think it is and quite honestly I never will because I make it a point to find the pockets of non toxic people in every fandom I'm in.
