What if Saedre had fallen fully to dark machinations, her morality wheel turned on its head? What would an antagonistic Saedre look like for you?

An antagonistic Saedre would have surely succumbed to the use of the Void and found herself drunk on its power. Her father would have been the influence in this because she would have never given up on trying to win his affections finally and make him proud as her only living parent, but deep down I am not sure the rift between them could have ever been corrected even if they were on the same side of darkness. This is very much an Iaerian thing and not a Saedre thing, making her more a willing puppet to his schemes. I'd imagine Saedre would have gone on to hurt many people as a Twilight cultist once upon a time and maybe even gained some influence within that twisted group - and when that eventually crumpled, she would have had a hard time losing such a great identity for herself.

Returning to her father's side, her only purpose would be to devour whatever power she could get her hands on and that entails the taking of innocent lives for her father's dark experiments that either left these hostages dead or transformed into some aberration. Their malicious behavior would have no political scheming of any sort other than to further research of their own at any cost. The Void promised much to Saedre. Including a way to restore her late husband and daughter one day, but these were all empty promises.
