Nova held up a box when she saw Aida at the library. "Hey, I brought some books you can put on the shelves. I grabbed a bunch when I was traveling. Figured some more books in other languages may be nice too."

Nova was drunk, yep, definitely drunk. Nova ran up to her little sister, “Aida, Aida, Aida, let’s go get some fried dough. Has someone introduced you to fried dough yet? It’s divine.”

Nova approached her sister when she saw her in the library. The last conversation outside of Nova being a character witness for Aida was pretty... rough to say the least. “Hey,” she said, keeping her distance, unsure if Aida would want to even speak to her. “Can we talk?”

Nova let out a small sigh combined with a laugh. "Okay, lesson number two is, don't believe everything you see on the television. Forks are just for food, I promise."

"It's not?" she asked. Aida looked at the fork in her hand and sighed. "I saw it in a movie. She was brushing her hair with it, so I thought maybe it was used for more than just food."
