We made a freeze ray at work and then we froze Don because we do not have time for no players XD. Despite her freezing Don, they get a long surprisingly well as just friends. I think Don wants there to be more chemistry in their relationship, but Maribel is totally not interested.

I think she likes him a lot guys and Maribel is not shy when it comes to making her move. I’ve always envisioned Maribel to be smart and nerdy, but not in that typical shy way. I think secretly she is really afraid of communicating her feelings and taking what she wants, but I also feel like she would force herself to be overtly confident in order to try and hide her insecurities. So, basically, in a sort of over-compensatory way similar to how she will try to deal with her jealousy ^_^.

NSB Generation MINT

Our welcome wagon consisted of Johnny Zest and some random townie. I decided this was a good time for her to meet people and see if they were going to be her friends or her enemies. Needless to say, she’s not a big fan of the fruitcake and she certainly let the townie who brought it in know her true feelings on that subject XD. Ironically, she started bickering with the stranger without me really having to do much, and because of this, it caused her and Johnny to not really like each other either. However, her relationship with Johnny is getting better as they see each other more often for some reason. Well, looks like we’ll have to find some other person to be our enemy for the aspiration at least. 

I do feel like Maribel would be quick to dislike people and to easily get on people’s nerves, so I’m not surprised that she has some people around her that she doesn’t really get along with, but I also don’t picture her holding grudges or being irritated at people for a long extended period of time unless they just completely screw up, so we’ll have to just see what happens in this challenge as we continue to play it. I’m excited to see what all transpires as we play more of the challenge though!

Not gonna lie. I don’t remember what is happening in this image, contextually, XD. Buuuut, Maribel looks absolutely adorable and stunning in her hot weather wear, so I wanted to share it with you guys. I love how Jacob is still in his sweater while Maribel felt it appropriate to change into a dress. I feel like this is their third or fourth meeting as well, so they are really getting along, which is good to see!

Someone should not have given us all this power XD. Fortunately, the chair in the office transformed into another chair. I can’t say the same for the couch in the front though. It is now a writing desk XD.

We’ve been promoted a few times in our career now. That’s where the desk lamp and the UFO poster came from. I also really love cutting samples from the plants at work and then using the microscope to get these gorgeous close up prints of them! It’s one of my favorite things about the scientist career honestly. In that, I can get these prints without having to spend a bunch of money on a microscope that is about the size of a small house anyway because Maribel has one at work that she can just use when we have some free time. But it’s one of my favorite things about the scientist career in Get to Work. Do you guys have a favorite aspect of the scientist career? I would love to see what you all enjoy about the career as well!
