A Brand Name Gone Wrong
Usually, the things posted to this account are just little store screw-ups- typos, mislabels, etc.
However, I keep a separate folder for things that are deeply, deeply incorrect - no matter how technically correct they might be.
And so, I present, my new contender for the most incorrectly-chosen brand name on amazon.com:
For the love of god, please google what words mean before putting them on a storefront.
And if you're at work or with family right now, and you don't know what that first word means... maybe don't google it. Please.

Gamer Boy
That's not quite the name of the console - but if it is, it's wrong in a way where I can't tell if it was intentional or not. Either way, it's technically correct and I appreciate it for that.
I'll link this one, too, since it's actually what's shown.
#notincorrectamazon#special post#gamer boy#nintendo direct#the search that gave me this was metroid btw

...Oh no.
Well... They're nothing if not upfront about these things, at least.
This listing is right, technically. But for some reason, they've got a 2:1 ratio of cancer warnings to actual images posted on this.

There was a joke about fleecing here and I can't believe I missed it.

New Year's Resolution is a Strange Category
So I was originally thinking of putting this on here as incorrect, because... almonds? For a new year's resolution? Didn't seem right. Then I actually browsed this section and it... fits? But only in the sense that the category doesn't make much sense. Highlights below.
So I open up the category, and the first thing I see?
Baby wipes. And… dog food?
Vegan diet supplements. This one actually makes a fair bit of sense. Going vegan for the new year, and all.
Coffee. For your coffee-based resolutions.
Body wash. And Incontinence & Postpartum Underwear.
The full list of assorted items is below. A lot of basic health and cleaning products. And newborn baby stuff.
What is this category for, exactly? I can only assume this is for some algorithm somewhere, to draw in web traffic so you'll buy amazon-branded goods. Or there's a marketer out there somewhere with a vendetta against practical storefront design.

This isn't an incorrect listing. I just thought the choice to advertise with the iron man/robot gauntlet was metal as hell (no pun intended).
This sort of post just makes me wonder what the hell is going on with other amazon listings. Like, not every product is going to be this cool looking, but like... don't make the thing you're selling look diseased.

Bonus: when I opened the image to check the listing it started replicating itself.

I assume that when I originally posted this I thought it was funny enough I'd remember it later down the line. Hence going with the incredibly esoteric file name of "12-19-22-Recgargle".
Recgargeable.

Feels a little weird since I found this through an amazon ad that I am NOT being paid for, but... doesn't quite feel right to not link to something when the post has an actual, non-broken product listing.
So here's the toaster in question, for anyone who cares.
Strorage Toaster
Sometimes you see an ad on the internet and go "Wait, was that a toaster?"
Then you click it and there's a typo, so you get to put a tiny toaster on your blog of amazon mistakes. These are the fun little surprises.
