oh good news btw, I've gained 4kg in the last few weeks!!!!!
#weight mention#context:#i lost a lot of weight between the end of 2022 and mid 2023#due to. having no money and not being able to afford to eat properly#went from 75 to 60#im up to 68 now!!!!!#proud of myself!!!!#been eating lots of proteins and carbs yummy yummy#but also lifting weights#nothing serious just a 4kg one my stepdad has#and only every few days#but i have back muscles now!!!!!!
