PTSD or post traumatic stress disorder is not a joke and will never be one. This topic should never be included in memes that will just spread unnecessary laughter worldwide, this should be taken seriously, everyone should get educated with this type of disorder to prevent things from happening.

PTSD is triggered by certain events that happened to a person causing them to have a traumatic action where they can get flashbacks or nightmare about that same specific scenario that once came causing the person diagnosed with this disorder to experience anxiety and uncontrolled thoughts some people can’t even live a day without “breaking down”. Sleepless nights is also a very common symptom but everything said above is just the icing on top there are much more severe things a person with the said disorder have.

As a person it is our responsibility to care for one another a simple gesture can brighten up someone’s day.
