I cant wait til my new insurance rolls over and I can get someone to diagnose my sorry butt
#i need meds. my counselor is already vying for us stopping meetings until i get medded uo#because we dont get anything done because i cant focus#and coming to terms the fact i do in fact have severe depression and anxiety has just beaten me#aside from a couple good points my time has been abysmal the past 5 months#im so hungry but i either dont have an appetite or im too scared to eat#i dont know if my symptoms are anxiety or something more sinister#among other things its just been. bad#not to mention my jaw is effed possibly from grinding because of the anxiety#so if its not loss of appetitie or fear keeping me from earinf#its the fact i cant properly open my jaw
