Sometimes I remember how Elizabeth Swann's story ends and get all annoyed again just like little kid me, she spent the whole time craving adventure and to be out on the sea and then after everything, after becoming the pirate king, she ends up playing 'I think I like this little life' and playing house waiting for 10 years when she can see her husband again as he can come on land :/

#COULD GIRLIE NOT BE ON A BOAT??#and dont come at me with 'having a quiet life isnt bad :(((' i am not saying it is #but it was not at any point elizabeths end goal the writers just decided it had to be a byproduct of her beibg a wife #not to mention how 9/10 times that is the exact plot route for women with elizabeths plot arc anyway #the men can get married and have kids and still be living an adventure #but oh no not rhe women #anyway #elizabeth swann
