the fact it has been over two years since i got into glee and the vbau is absolutely insane.. but as a (probably incredibly belated) two year anniversary.. i propose a question!

if the vbau characters had to lose their feet or their fingers, what would they choose :) ? - space

hi space!! went to check all the vb au asks and the earliest one i have tagged for u is from march 2022 so ur actually much closer to the 3 year anniversary (so. happy early 3 years to u, thank u for sticking around for vb au for so long <3)

are we talking like. losing either both feet or all 10 fingers? those are the 2 options? (pretty extreme options btw, i love that u keep bringing me the funniest hypotheticals)

i reckon kurt would be willing to sacrifice his feet bc he works in fashion and needs functioning hands for stuff like sketching/sewing/typing stuff, as well as cooking/baking

britt's a setter (and a top) so she'd def prefer keeping her fingers as well. kinda necessary yknow? also for giving lord tubbington little scritchies, vv important

i think quinn might need properly functional hands as well actually? both for vb and in her day-to-day life

avid blogger and certified yapper sugar motta would probably prefer keeping her fingers for typing purposes and would rely on getting people to wheel/carry her around (tho like. i could also see her surviving on speech-to-text if she gave up her fingers? i could go either way with her)

i'm pretty sure u can spike well without fingers so i think santana would prioritise keeping her feet for jumping purposes? also i think she deserves to be able to kick finn when he's being annoying

same goes for tina i think. could also see tina relying on either quinn or sugar for anything that did involve needing hands and vice-versa? sth sth the girlies balancing each other out idk

finn just gives off the vibe of someone who would not think this hypothetical true before answering so he'd give up his fingers and then be like "AH SHIT maybe i needed those more!!"
