anon got that confused I think. tim and oliver said they planned the bi arc in s4 but that was with eddie - and fox shut it down. bringing tommy back was a last minute decision in s7

okay but im gonna need a source for this too cause i've known of the bi buck a few season back getting shut down but i'm not sure where the s4 really came from nor who it was supposed to be with.
