forever thinking about that scene where sevika reveals to have triple crossed finn and renni and stayed loyal to silco and hes Hyperventilating when her sword doesnt go through his neck. silco is so…… haunted. everything he does and stands for comes off as reckless arrogance and absolute ruthlessness but underneath all that is a guy too self aware for his own good. hes paranoid, half blind, a drug addict, emaciated and weak from years living in zaun. i think his connection to zaun is what distinguishes himself from the others; he doesnt believe himself to be better than this, doesnt ever dream of leaving. he breathes in the gray confidently while his subordinates are choking at his feet. he hates his home with such tenacity and violence it could only ever be love. finn wants to change zaun: he wants a thriving empire under his command, something to rival piltover. silco was once a man who wanted nothing more than a bar where he could safely enjoy a drink with his friend. zaun is his home: to fix it is to destroy it. thinking about that one person that compared it to a gravesite…. everyone there is dead or in mourning. silco is content to haunt it for the rest of his existence, whether it be through his violence or the memory of it.
