i love them so much theyre so bad for each other. normal guy x deranged maniac. the weird power dynamic...... the way hinata kinda trusts him even though he knows he shouldnt...... the way komaeda is so infatuated with hinata contrasted with how much he would have hated him in normal circumstances..... theyre so toxic doomed yaoi. gay sex would fix none of their problems and create a hundred new ones but i think they should do it anyway just to see what happens.

a lot of the reason i like their dynamic is because komaeda is my favourite character tbh - since hinata is the pov character, hes the one we see komaeda interact with the most and he also just. doesnt have that much personality. but he does seem to have this sort of morbid curiosity about komaeda, combined with the helplessness caused by the,, circumstances,,, that makes him trust him against all reason and its SO TASTY. ive read quite a bit of fanfic of them and while i liked a lot of it, it never really compares to canon because like. i cant see them being in any kind of normal relationship? theyre like. not romantic not platonic but a secret third thing (forced to participate in a killing game together where their opposing worldviews make it impossible to really work together). its so fucking good im obsessed with them
