I love how one of my fic's underlying points is amy asking shadow to change her fate and reverse her curse with love, therefore asking him to love her in the way no one else has been able to : by sticking around
but ofc she doesn't realise that's what she means. and shadow doesn't know either. they're just going abt this mission completely oblivious to any budding feelings that may be occurring
