sometimes i lie and get nervous that someone will catch me but then i realize i wasnt lying
#does anyone else do this?#like any time i say something i feel like a lied even if i didnt#ive also like hate untruth#not just dishonesty but like when things arent true or correct#i always need to present the truth but ive heard of people feeling like that before#but idk about the lying thing#like ill be planning on how to tell a professor why my work isnt done and ill be thinking#'ill just say i had a problem with my computer that would be convincing!"#but like i really had a problem with my computer#which led to my work not being done#its completely true but i go about it like its a lie?#im sure its like anxiety + no one ever believing me when i tell the truth anyway
