Working for a small business is always better than working for a large corporation. I don't give a shit about a full benefit package anymore, I want to be treated like a human being instead of a disposable worker
#my new job is at a mom n pop art store#i dont get health insurance but fuck it im so done with large corporations idc#Obamacare exists and i can be on my parents insurance till im 25#i feel like im actually important#not in a im the only one who pulls their weight and therefore carroes the department on my back way#but in a what i do matters way#ramblings#work shit
