Too tired to draw but I still need everyone to be aware of this bizarre interaction I had at work this morning
#Europe had 7 bajillion currencies up until the late 90s#now it has roughly 6 bajillion and the constant headache of the euro#not every country took on the euro#notably the UK is in Europe and uses the pound. various Nordic/scandi countries use variations of krona. god knows what the eastern states#are up to. I try not to ask. basically the countries that took the euro are mostly the old Europe countries - Spain#Portugal; France;Germany;Austria;Italy;Greece (oops)#not exhaustive but that’s what Wikipedia is for - there is definitely more than 1 currency in Europe#shout out to Iceland - you may be insanely expensive but your baked goods; subs and hot dogs are the fucking best and the view’s not bad too
