ive thought for so long.

that animals were dumb,

running away from a harmless branch cracking.

yet standing directly in harms way.

and now.

now those thoughts, 

i knew better.

ive known for so long.

i had control.

and yet.

in my slighest moment of weakness.

when i was completely alone.
