i feel like i'm going crazy. nobody is questioning an artists buisness practices online im going to explode

like they aren't sticking to their schedule of release, their merch is selling out almost INSTANTLY, and they're essentially putting it on the people who want their merch and saying they need to set a million alarms and constantly check their shop to get their merch instead of selling them in a reasonable way.

they also refuse to set up preorders because there's "too many issues," but are taking "reservation fees" under the table to get the merch.

so instead of setting up a preorder to purchase the merch at the normal price earlier and to emsure they know how much of the merch to get, theyre taking EXTRA MONEY from people to essentially do the same thing because it sells out the second it drops.

and everybody is saying "ohhh its so not fair people are mad at you for this" and NOBODY is holding them accountable.

like i understand its a small buisness and nobody is entitled to the merch, but when it's selling out this damn quickly and people are getting as upset as you say, maybe look inwards and start re evaluating your buisness practices.
