I'm gonna be so so incredibly brave and leave the furnace on when I go to bed 😬 😱
#charlie babbles#I have to do it sooner or later and sooner is better#IF something is gonna happen. I'd rather it happen when it's 30 out. and not -2.#also we're /not/ getting a new hot water heater because our wiring situation can't handle it#which makes me nervous about new furnace#and wary of new washer#like. new fridge seems fine? so maybe new washer won't be an issue??#but new furnace would be BIG sooo......#not confirmed new furnace but we are awaiting a call for next step of energy efficiency process#which is the Six Hour Inspector whom will closely. inspect. our home for where efficiency is lacking#and then we will see#we can't do the spray foam insulation in the basement step because it offgasses a carcinogen and we have nowhere to go
