⚠️ BRIDGERTON SEASON 3 AND BOOK SPOILERS ⚠️

My only complaint about Francesca x Michaela is that it seems like THE SHOW is trying to make it look like Francesca doesn't love John as much as she loves Michaela when that wasn't the case at all in the books! She loved BOTH OF THEM with all her heart!

I'm tired of seeing mfs saying shit like "Francesca doesn't love John because she was visibly uncomfortable after the wedding kiss! She obviously got the ick from it! But when she met Michaela, it paralleled Violet and Edmund’s first meeting, so it's TRUE LOVE 🤪 Her feelings for John are just platonic!" Oh, I wanna beat y'all and the writers tf up!

Francesca DOES love John, it's just you mfs (and Violet) are so used to seeing all these dramatic ass relationships on TV that y'all can't handle one that's just soft and easy. THE WHOLE POINT of John and Francesca's storyline this season was TO SHOW THAT THERE ARE DIFFERENT TYPES OF LOVE!

Violet constantly tried to dodge the conversation of Francesca wanting to marry John cuz it wasn't HER idea of love, but Francesca STOOD ON BUSINESS and defended her man and their love for each other! She spent the whole season fighting for them to be together, but you wanna tell me at the very last episode that she "feels nothing for him" because Francesca was like 😊😁 when she met John and 😳🫢 when she met Michaela??? I wanna whack y'all in the head so damn bad!

Also, in the books it was MICHEAL(A) that fell in love first and spends several years filled with guilt about falling love with his cousins wife, so MICHELA should've been the one to react like 😳🫢 when she first saw Francesca, not the other way around! Making Francesca have feelings for someone else before John dies will just ruin the impact of his death and what Francesca's story is supposed to represent!

And to say that she only felt butterflies with Michaela and not John is so wrong cuz anytime John was around, her eyes zeroed in on him and she was smiling, giggling, and kicking her feet!

Francesca's love for John and Michael(a) is like Elena with Stefan and Damon or Peter Parker with Mary Jane and Gwen Stacy: They are the two great loves of her life. She doesn't love one more or less than the other.

John and Michael(a) have two completely different love styles. John is the gentle, soft, and calm love while Michael(a) is the fiery, passionate, and daring love, but Francesca WAS HAPPY IN BOTH RELATIONSHIPS! ONE DIDN'T NEGATE THE OTHER like the show seems like it's trying to do!!!

Idk man, if they pull the stupid ass "bisexual cheater" stereotype (whether it's physically or emotionally) with Francesca, I might fuck around and stop watching the show cuz I don't like that shit!
